Manufacturing Excellence
With a 10,000-square-meter, six-floor production facility in Shenzhen and over 300 skilled staff, ZBL Lighting operates 15 high-speed SMT machines, 20 COB die-bonding machines, and 7 extrusion lines. This enables us to deliver high-volume orders with precision. Our daily production capacity exceeds 25,000 meters of LED strip lights, 5,000 meters of LED neon lights, and 2,000 meters of COB LED strips, ensuring fast turnaround times and exceptional efficiency.

ZBL Lighting adheres to ISO 9001:2015 standards and conducts extensive testing in our 500-square-meter laboratory, equipped with over 34 specialized machines. From safety and EMC testing to aging and water resistance, every product undergoes meticulous inspection to meet international certifications like CB, CE, REACH, RoHS, ETL, SGS, and TUV.
